What is Zaad?

Zaad is a digital marketplace that is designed to boost sustainability by connecting surplus food from retailers with the consumers at a lower price.

At Zaad we are striving to combat and eventually reverse environmental issues that root in food management and rising CO2 footprint.

Our Vision

Our primary focus at Zaad is to empower the community by providing a way to turn the environmental issues we face on a daily basis into a winning situation for everyone, by giving customers super-saver deals, creating jobs, generating revenue, and diminishing the impacts of environmental issues that are currently prevalent.

Our Mission

Together, we can reduce the carbon footprint in-line with the UAE government vision that entitles tackling carbon emissions by 30% by 2030, and improve food management by 50% by 2030 to meet the country’s Food Security strategy and UN sustainable development goals.
